Use を with 拾う to mark the thing you're picking up — for example, ごみを拾う means "pick up trash."
Don’t forget to use で to show where you picked something up — 公園で財布を拾った means "I picked up a wallet at the park."
Be careful not to say 拾うは; remember, the topic particle は usually doesn't go right after verbs.
