•Use が with 晴れる to mark the subject, like in 「空が晴れています」(The sky is sunny).
•Remember that 晴れる describes the weather becoming clear, so don't use it to say "I晴れる"—people don't "be sunny"!
•To talk about tomorrow's weather, say 「明日は晴れるでしょう」 (It will probably be sunny tomorrow)—don’t forget to use the plain form before でしょう.
