Grammar Notes & Usage Tips

Use を before 続ける to show what you're continuing — for example, 勉強を続ける means "to continue studying."
You can put a verb in the て-form before 続ける to say "keep doing" something — like 食べて続ける (keep eating).
Don’t say 続けるを — the を comes before 続ける to mark the action or thing being continued.
