How to use Koshousuru: grammar notes
•故障 is a "suru verb," so to say "to break down," use 故障する—for example, 車が故障しました (The car broke down).
•Use the particle が with the thing that broke down, like エアコンが故障した (The air conditioner broke down), not を.
•Don’t forget to change 故障する into the correct tense when speaking—saying just 故障 by itself is a noun, not a verb.
