How to use Omou: grammar notes
•Use と after a full sentence or thought to show what you're thinking — for example,「明日雨が降ると思う」means "I think it will rain tomorrow."
•Don't forget to say 思います instead of just 思う in polite situations like talking to teachers or coworkers.
•Avoid using が or を before 思う — use と to connect your thoughts instead (saying「彼が来るが思う」is incorrect; say「彼が来ると思う」).
