How to use Tasu: grammar notes

•Use を after the thing you are adding—like in「砂糖を足します」(I add sugar).
•When adding one number to another, say "AにBを足す"—for example,「5に3を足すと8になります」(5 plus 3 becomes 8).
•Don’t mix up 足す (to add) with 足りる (to be enough); 足す is for when you want to increase or add something.
