How to use Hairu: grammar notes
•Use に after a place to show where someone or something is entering — for example, 部屋に入る (heya ni hairu) means “to enter the room.”
•Don’t use を with 入る when talking about entering a place — stick with に (e.g., 学校を入る❌ → 学校に入る✅).
•入る can also mean “to fit” or “to be contained,” like in この箱に本が入る (kono hako ni hon ga hairu) — “Books fit in this box.”
