How to use Ijimeru: grammar notes
•いじめる is usually used with the を particle to mark the person or thing being bullied — for example, ねこをいじめる means "to bully the cat."
•Be careful not to confuse who is doing the bullying and who is being bullied; the person doing the bullying is the subject (often marked by が), and the victim is marked with を.
•To say "don’t bully," use the negative form いじめない or the command form いじめないで — for example, ともだちをいじめないで means "Don’t bully your friend."
