•治る is used when something gets better on its own, like an illness or injury—don’t use を because it’s not something you actively do.
•Use が to mark what is getting better, like 風邪が治った (my cold got better).
•Don’t confuse 治る with 治す—治す means "to heal" or "to cure" something, which is an action you or someone else does.
